What does a vending machine cost?
A machine starts from €2,000 excl. VAT, a Smart Fridge from €2,250. The exact price depends on size and options — your free quote tells you exactly where you stand within 24 hours.
Are delivery and installation included in the price?
No, the price covers the machine itself. We are happy to deliver on request, for a surcharge stated up front on your quote. Installation is usually unnecessary: every machine arrives plug & play, so plugging it in is enough. If you would still like a technician on site, we send one on request.
How fast can a machine be at my site?
Smart Fridges ship from stock, usually within the week. For the other models we plan a delivery date that suits your location.
Do I have to buy, or can I rent?
Both. Buy new or refurbished, or rent from 12 months: one fixed monthly fee with service and maintenance already included.
How do my customers pay at the machine?
Contactless with bank card or phone, and with coins where wanted. Every machine leaves with a working, fully configured payment system.
What if my machine breaks down?
One call or message and we're there with maintenance, repairs and original parts. A machine that stands still earns nothing — so we don't keep you waiting.
