Barista 1000
Where footfall is high and the menu is wide, the Barista 1000 is the workhorse choice. A 15-litre bean hopper, 1,100 stirrers and 22 direct selections including lemon tea and decaf. Coin entry, cash box lid and mechanical counter come as standard.

ES is an espresso grinder for fresh beans; IN is a canister for an instant product such as chocolate or milk powder. 'ES + 2 IN' means one grinder and two instant canisters.
Fresh milk or milk powder?
Milk powder is simple and low-maintenance. Fresh milk (PrimeMilk, Latte Velluto, EvoMilk) gives barista-grade foam but needs a mini fridge and daily cleaning — both are in the configurator.
Do I need a water connection?
Most models connect to the mains. Choose a standalone version or a self-supply kit and the machine runs on an internal tank or a container.
