ES is an espresso grinder for fresh beans; IN is a canister for an instant product such as chocolate or milk powder. 'ES + 2 IN' means one grinder and two instant canisters.
Fresh milk or milk powder?
Milk powder is simple and low-maintenance. Fresh milk (PrimeMilk, Latte Velluto, EvoMilk) gives barista-grade foam but needs a mini fridge and daily cleaning — both are in the configurator.
Do I need a water connection?
Most models connect to the mains. Choose a standalone version or a self-supply kit and the machine runs on an internal tank or a container.
